My legs have over the past several months broke out with ingrown hairs. What should I do?

I never use to have problems with my legs. I have just been battling my legs like for the past 4-5 months. I can literally see the hair folicles beneath my skin. If I break the top layer of the skin with tweezers the hair will appear. I have tried scrubbing with a luffa and tried all different kinds of razors. The hairs are actually growing under the skin and create these little grey dots where the hair folicle hasn't poked out of the skin yet. Some are pinkish and others just look like faint freckles. Help me!

do not shave your legs against the hair, start shaving them with the hair( shave downwards, not upwards) and just pluck the hairs out, and if you keep shaving downwards, sooner or later you will stop egttin ingtrown hairs, although, you wont get the "perfect shave"

Use an exfoliating soap - that scrubs your skin and removes the dead skin.

Ah that's scary. Don't knwo what you could do, but see a doctor! How does that happen?

Use a good body scrub (body shop papaya one is ggod) twice a week and then apply an antiseptic cream and/or tea tree oil to the entire leg. Dont use perfumed body lotions atall.

Also try letting the hairs grow out for a month while you do this, horrible but it will be worth it - you should soon be back on track. Then wax you legs - the hair will come through finer so the black dots should dissapear in time.

I think i had something similar to it and my solution to it is simply not to worry about it. I think that stress simply make it even worse. So simply relax and when you do feel it overwhelming you then affirm that your skin is beautiful and that your hair is grown perfectly. Or you could go to a local organic market and ask them for solutions. I know that the one in my town has a couple proffesionals working there in order to offer advice and dosage and such.
