i have tanned skin in the summer, and i have light brown hair.
Eyeshadow for blue/grey eyes?
use navy blue and emerald green if your tanned use shimmery shades of green and blue
otherwize use darker shades of green and blue to bring out your eyes. also in the summer when you are tanned use metalic and shimmery shades and othertimes use darker fuller shades. also try putting some with a thin brush on the bottom to give an exotic look, but becarefull on the bottom if you put too much or the wrong color then it could look weird and maybe it might make it look like you have under eye cirlces. also put eyeliner on the bottom if you put eyeshadow. but put the eyeliner on the inside or really close to the lashline. also use mascara on the bottom especially if you have thin eyelashes...
