I found a dog a few months ago. She's old (has almost no teeth, blue/black gums, greying hair). She has lumps around her ribs that are soft and move around, any idea what it could be?

If they move around, that is a good thing, most likely just fatty deposits/tumors. My Old English Sheepdogs got them all the time.
