I understand the mental agony one under goes when his hair grows grey prematurely.

This is normally said to be hereditary.May be or may not be.

but in the present STRESS FILLED LIVES and POLLUTED atmosphere and HYBRID FOOD and irregular eating habits,

this is now occurring more and more or showing up on many immature heads .

As far as I know,THERE ARE NO PERMANENT REMEDIES FOR IT.

Dyeing the hair i no remedy.if at present you have 10% grey hair after ten sittings for dyeing there will be 10% of black hair and 90% grey hair, take my word.

If you are bold enough you can just leave it and eat good food protein and vitamin enriched .and do exercise regularly and use a goo shampoo to keep hair clean.that my help slow down further greying,

Or if you want to look smart,you can go for dyeing the hair,,....nd it should be done on a regular basis ans as long as you want to look smart.
