i have straight hair that is about 3 inches long

it will be VERY curly

these are the rules for curls and waves...

to create a curl, the hair must wrap around at least 2 1/2 times...so white and grey perm rods, your hair will wrap around alot more times than that.

a wave must wrap around ONLY 1 1/2 times. any more than that will create a curl. i would try orange rods...they're pretty big.

richard simmons curly, use the tan rods, it would be a little looser and would look better!
