He was a huge man that stood below medium height, his build is average, with a nice set of shoulders, although he had a rather large head he seemed to be in pretty good condition. He has grey hair and a boney nose. He also has beady eyes that has a coldness to it. He has a moustache that appears to be tobacco stained. YUCK!

It makes no sense. You say he's huge and then you say he's average build. You also say he's short. It makes no sense. Also, you have to use better descriptors than pretty good condition.

The guy was well-proportioned, but just average in height and build. His head was sort of big but you didn't notice it much because of his grey hair, boney nose, and cold beady eyes.

Even those were dwarfed though, for all you really noticed was his tobacco-stained, thick, sticky, moustache. He could have been just an average slightly ugly dude, but that moustache just made him repulsive and revolting. Hardly anyone could get beyond its nastiness long enough to get to know him.

Don't start every sentence with "He"...Name him (if you can, or say "the man") in the first sentence, then use "His" grey hair.... (blend that sentence into the next, beady eyes).
