Could i sue the companies who do these club 18-30 holidays?

it dont need to be an 18-30 but apparently their great. the thing is im nearly 32 and have now decided i need a holiday . o.k i have days when i look 42 (most days actually) and i have grey hair with black hi lites but who the bloody hell do these companies think they are to say i'm over the hill for a bit of fun. no one tells young people that they are too old to go to bingo. my girlfriend is only 22 and if she can go then so should i. is this not age'ism? to exclude people who are obviously in these companied eyes over the hill

No.

Private clubs have the right to restrict membership on any basis they wish even if it is by race, religion, ethnic group, or age. The courts have consistently upheld this which is why such groups as the Ku Klux Klan, National Association of Colored People, and others still exist.

That being said, there is nothing that prevents you from bringing a lawsuit against them. However, you will find it nearly impossible to win such a suit.

You are so right to be angry!! Unfortunately, they have the right to refuse anyone they want and we don't stand a chance.

In the UK denial of goods services because of age isn't unlawful. So no, you can't.
