Well... If he really were Youndaime (the 4th Hokage) he would have blue eyes, not grey... At least there is a picture in the serie that shows him with blue eyes. For some time (when I was beggining into Naruto) I also believed in that, but time made me believe less and less, specialy whan I saw the grey eyes. That's what I think: He can be the 4th has he can be anyone. We just have to wait until Masashi Kishimoto reveals who he is...
