What makeup would match this for grad?

ok well grad is coming up and i have a short%26amp;cute yelow dress, polka dot white-and-yellow shoes, blue-ish-grey-ish eyes, light brown hair, tanned-but-not-overbaked skin. i have the teeniest bit of freckles, but i dont want to cover them up because i love them and they make me who i am. im not sure what makeup would match best. i dont want to look overdone, because i rarely wear makeup on an everyday basis, only some days a little bit of eyeliner. so what colour lipgloss and eyeshadow and mascara and other stuff should i wear?

and if anyone knows what sort of earrings/necklaces/braclets i should wear if i should wear any at all that would help!
